10:30am - 11:30am: Solo Meeting
10:00am - 11:30am: Rally Meeting
12:00 Lunch provided by NER (sandwich board provided}
1:30pm - 3:300pm: General Meeting
4:00pm cash bar open
5:30pm - 9:00 Dinner and Awards Celebration
Dinner followed by Award Presentations
Dinner menu: Chicken Caprese or Mediterranean Vegetable Pesto Rigatoni or Expresso Rubbed Top Sirloin Steak. Cost of dinner $40.00 pp.

Cost: check or credit card $40.00 per meal (workers) paper Trps: 5 per meal digital Trps: 4 per meal
Payment by check or Trps must be received by Saturday, January 4, 2026
Mail checks or paper TrPS to the registrar: Linda Capullo, 20 Cottonwood Rd, Norwich CT 06360 Checks are made out to "NER/SCCA"
Everyone must have a credit card on file when you register online; If you are paying by mail (checks or paper TrPS) you still need to enter a credit card during registration. If we receive a mail-in payment by the time registration closes, we won't charge the card on file. The card will be processed if check/TrPS payment has not been received by January 5, 2026
If paying online, please make sure you have a valid charge card on file. Credit card payments will be processed January 5, 2026
