$50 SCCA Member - Driver Fee*

*All Driver Fees include lunch and dinner for the driver!
(1) Pit Crew & (1) Pit Vehicle is permitted per driver - If staying for the Banquet, please also register them as a Guest!

Important Driver Info:
- Drivers must have raced in a 2024 event - ineligible drivers will not be permitted to race but are welcome to attend as Guests!
- Drivers will get two run heats and each driver must work one heat (about 90 minutes per heat)
- Run/Work assignments will be posted by Friday, 12/13/2024
- (1) passenger will be permitted - must be another driver, designated pit crew, or immediate family
- All cars must be teched between 7:00am - 8:15am
- Drivers must arrive by 8:00am
- Event will be pre-registration ONLY via MotorsportReg.com
- While we are not officially recording results, we will have unofficial times available for review
- Cars must have class/car numbers (if you drive other teched cars, that's fine but your times won't be noted as such)
Important Banquet Info:
- Please join us for awards, food, and fun!
- If your pit crew person is staying for the Banquet, please also register them as a Guest so we can get their dinner selection
- Guests are welcome to join us for dinner in celebration of the 2024 season
- Guests must sign the waiver (Annual or Speedwaiver)
- Guests must arrive by 4:30pm
- Bring your own chairs!!
- All eligible drivers will be entered into the Raffle giveaways!

0700 – 0815 Check-in & tech inspection
0800 – 0845 Track open for walking
0845 – 0900 Driver’s meeting
0900 - 1030 Heat 1
1030 - 1200 Heat 2
1200 – 1300 Lunch
1300 - 1430 Heat 3
1430 - 1600 Heat 4
1600 - 1630 Track Cleanup / Game & Banquet Setup
1630 - 1730 Drift Trike Challenge
1730 - 1930 Dinner / Trophy Presentation / Raffles
1930 – 2000 Cleanup
Event requirements
Run Groups will be limited to 15 drivers - first come, first serve!
Please review the Run/Work Order!! You will need to stay all day to participate but will be granted (1) exit/re-entry for the day.
