This event is scheduled as a two day event; all cars will compete both days. A driver unable to compete on either day forfeits all timed runs offered for that day. A driver showing up for registration and tech inspection after timed runs have started forfeits any missed runs. This event is run under the SCCA Time Trials Rules (TTR) and/or the PHA Supplemental Rules
COURSE: ShenandoahCircuit at Summit Point Raceway will be run in counterclockwise direction. This will be run as a Track Sprint with all but one turn of the course being used, During the Saturday driver's meeting, it will be decided if it is one or two runs per session. No passing allowed.
REGISTRATION: Registration will be online only through MotorSportReg.com (no mail-in entries) Entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Refunds for cancellations after August 22, 2024 will be at the discretion of the Event Organizer.
Two driver cars will be permitted – each driver must submit a registration. If there are any questions or special requests, contact the Organizer whose name and telephone number are listed above. Online registration will be available on www.MotorSportReg.com
ENTRY LIMITS: The first 85 paid entries will be firm entries.
DRIVER ELIGIBILITY: Open to all SCCA Time Trial License holders, Time Trial Novice Permits, Hillclimb License, Club Racing Competition License and Club Racing Novice Competition Permits as well as competition licenses recognized by the SCCA. Every driver, regardless of competition license or novice permit, must be a member of SCCA. All drivers must present a valid government driver's license along with their competition license and current SCCA membership card at registration.
SCCA Memberships and Novice Time Trial books will be available at Friday night registration only. The SCCA does not accept cash. Please have either checks or money orders (made out to ‘SCCA’). SCCA membership through Blue Mountain Region is $90.00 ($70 SCCA + $20 BMR). Weekend SCCA memberships ($15.00) are acceptable with a race license from another sanctioning body. BMR will not accept cash for SCCA membership and licenses, but payment can be made by credit card or check (made out to “SCCA”)
SCCA Memberships will be available at Friday night registration ONLY. While you can do this at Friday registration, it is highly recommended you obtain this from SCCA two weeks prior to the event.
NOTE:
Dinner Saturday Night on the Deck: BMR invites all entrants, their families and crew, workers, officials and their guests. Contributions towards desserts are appreciated.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided to all workers and officials but not to drivers, crew and guests.
You can order from the Railside Market to order your breakfast / lunch. Use the menu found at the link below or call (304) 724-0012 for the Railside Market. It is the responsibility of the participant to order and pay for any food at the time of ordering. The food will be delivered to the track.

SHENANDOAH CIRCUIT Amenities:
- Fuel Pumps are available at the track – payment is by card only
- Showers and restrooms are available at the circuit free of charge.
- Electric hook-ups are available at the circuit for a fee
- Food: the café may be open during the weekend. If not, the food pavilion on the large track would be open. Track is cashless and all payments will need to be done by card.
- Off-site food: see information above under “Breakfast and Lunch”
